The Church seasons are an important part of our spiritual lives. Use this liturgical calendar graphic for students to obtain a general feel for when important church seasons occur, how long they last, and what church important church holidays end with each important season. This will enable them to identify how Christmas, Easter, and Pentecost tie into particular seasons.

How to make it into a working spinner wheel:

To use this graphic to track the seasons in a dynamic fashion with your students, make it a true classroom calendar by attaching a hand to the middle that spins. To create a working liturgical calendar wheel, follow these steps:

  1. Print template in color on a sheet of white card stock.
  2. Punch a hole in the middle using a paper punch.
  3. Cut a “hand” from a plastic container lid from soft margarine or Cool Whip.
  4. Attach the “hand” with a brass fastener to the middle.
